**_Operationalize Global HR Strategies _**
- Closely partner with the CHRO to develop and implement people strategies, services, policies, and processes that support global business units and strategic objectives and support one Global Communities culture across all country offices.
- Develop and lead global process improvement initiatives to increase internal client support and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations
- Develop and implement global HR policies that support organizational strategy and objectives through clear performance and process standards

**_Lead Global P&C Business Partnering And Service Delivery _**
- Proactively coach and provide guidance to managers, senior leaders, host country HR leads/COPs/country directors in people-related best practices, policies and standards to support business strategy, maximize performance and productivity, improve work relationships and efficiencies, build morale, and improve retention
- Help build HR capacity within assigned country teams through partnering with host country HR leads to address country-specific HR challenges
- Manage workforce planning for all international assignees in assigned countries. Provide guidance/alignment and collaborate with other team members on position descriptions, offer letters and housing surveys, onboarding and orientation, prepare and submit personnel actions, off boarding and exit interviews
- Partner with country directors/COPs with the selection, onboarding, development, and mentoring of host country HR leads
- Develop general understanding and keep abreast of any changes in host country labor regulations in assigned countries
- Support the development and regular revision of employee handbooks in assigned countries, following established global P&C template and adhering to host country labor regulations
- Serve as the representative on regular host country office operations calls for assigned countries; partner with host country HR lead, country director/COP, and other relevant team members to address any people challenges identified
- Maintain understanding of the progress of assigned countries’ current project(s) by reviewing program reports; follow up with country director, COP, and host country HR lead to help address any challenges identified
- Partner with the Global legal team, Safeguarding Focal Points and host country HR lead to investigate any business ethics/whistleblower/labor law compliance issues in assigned countries, including support of investigations; engage external investigation support as needed
- Roll out global HR initiatives to assigned countries and train designated host country HR leads
- Work with Director, Total Rewards, Senior Specialist, Total Rewards, and program teams on international position salary determinations and allowance packages
- Lead regular HR Global Community of Practice calls and learning to continually improve HR practices, provide updates to tools and resources for country office(s), design initiatives, build leadership capacity and enhance HR practitioner development

**_Global Employee Relations And Risk Management _**
- Proactively support managers and senior leaders in people-related matters including employee relations and performance management; provide guidance to host country HR leads/COPs/country directors for escalation or issue resolution of employee relations or termination issues
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting and managing effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Advise, implement and support supervisors in managing employee improvement and corrective actions

**_Global Program Start-up And Close-out _**
- Support HR needs for assigned host country office start up and closeout
- Establish HR operations, policies and processes in each country in compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as donor regulations and Global HR Standards
- Partner with relevant colleagues and host country HR leads to inform and support the development, implementation, and assessment of comprehensive total compensation strategies, including salary structures, benefits, and non-financial rewards and recognition
- Partner with host country staff to ensure staff are hired and oriented compliantly and in a timely manner to support program start-up
- Establish host country performance management, evaluation and records retention policies and processes
- Ensure host country employee relations, grievance and complaint reporting mechanisms and processes are well-established and consistently utilized
- In partnership with the local HR lead, confirm host country-compliant exit and closeout processes, compliant end of service separation notices and procedures are followed

**Qualifications
- HR professional with 10+ years of progressive HR/organization development experience
- At least 5+ years of international HR leadership experience
- Experience overseeing rapid headcount growth and overs
