**Summary**

Warehouse management encompasses the principles and processes involved in running the day-to-day operations of a warehouse. This includes leading a team responsible for receiving and organizing warehouse space, managing inventory, and fulfilling orders, optimizing use of warehouse space and meeting customers’ needs and expectations.

**Duties**
- Performing picking, packing, repacking, counting, sorting, labelling, taking weight and measurements, storage as well as keeping record of inventory stocks.
- processing and loading orders which encompass pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area for pick up by drivers.
- Timely update of stocks and closing of job files in the inventory system.
- Submission of inventory reports and other documents as instructed by customers.
- Cargo stuffing, unstuffing and transloading.
- Coordinating with Operations team on cargo unstuffing/stuffing schedules, collections, and release of goods.
- Raising of storage charges to Accounts for billing.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing the warehouse in line with the company’s policies, processes, and standards.
- Responsible for organising the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and despatch of warehoused goods.
- Adhere to warehouse security, safety procedure and protocols, and in compliance with government’s legislation laws and requirements.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including KPIs, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and customer service.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Inspect warehouse equipment such as forklift, Reach Truck, pallet jack and oversee general maintenance when necessary.

**Job Requirements**
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in running the warehouse.
- Good knowledge of warehouse management system.
- Process-driven personality.
- Expertise in team building and performance optimization.
- the ability to work well under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
