**What you will do**
- Provide lubricant operations an understanding of Hydrocarbon Practices (HCP) and its requirements
- Support the network by conducting gap analysis of local site practices
- Involved in the development and deployment of best practices
- Facilitation of periodic teleconferences / network meetings
- Act as a resource for new practitioners
- Facilitate training activities within the facility to ensure that key personnel are able to achieve sustainable compliance with regards to HCP requirements
- Coordinate the endorsement renewals of deviations, (IMP) Inventory Management Plans and the verification of tolerances in association with (UIA) Unit Internal Assesment cycles
- Provide regional support in closing ageing HCP deviations
- Coordinate, compile, analyze, and present at quarterly controls committee meeting
- To identify fiscal hydrocarbon transactions
- To identify processes where meters and measurement instruments are calibrated by third party vendors
- Communicate HCP Requirements to third party vendors
- Roll-out of new or modified requirements
- Provide when needed support during UIA’s and audits
- Generally align regional site practices
- Involve in the coordination and facilitation of region UIA reviews and assessments
- Involve in the creation and deployment of the new IMP template
- Partake in the regional efforts to lower and/or improve control of oil loss

**What you will need**
- Good communication skills
- Process oriented mindset with emphasis on continuous improvement
- 2 years experience in the petroleum supply chain/manufacturing industry
- High degree of skill in managing people at all levels and across functions / countries
- Possess strong leadership / analytical / administrative qualities.
- Experience in manufacturing/operations would be a definite advantage
- A degree in any discipline though engineering may be preferred
