**Main Objective**:
This position will oversee all Regional Singapore medical education and medical services personnel, strategy and implementation.Organize and lead teams to provide technical and clinical support for the training curriculum that addresses the changing needs of Arthrex employees, Arthrex business partner representatives, and healthcare professional customers. Lead the development, organization and execution of healthcare professional motor skills labs and training sessions offered by Arthrex. Assist as a technical and clinical topic expert advisor for Arthrex and all departments there-in.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilties**:

- Possess and maintain an expert understanding of current and classic concepts in orthopedics, the Arthrex product line, and clinical procedures supported by Arthrex products; be able to articulate and demonstrate standard and advanced concepts and procedures to Arthrex employees, business partner representatives and healthcare professional customers.
- Manage, train, and control progressive development of Arthrex Singapore Medical Education team including event coordinator, logistics and clinical specialists.
- Implement medical education strategy and objectives through annual needs assessment aligned with Med Ed APAC strategy.
- Direct and manage above medical education strategy through Arthrex Subsidiary managers in APAC.
- Prepare local medical education events annual plan with events coordinator and schedule regional events involving local and regional HCPs.
- Interact with all surgeon client population, leading surgeons and surgeon consultants on related affairs.
- Work directly with surgeons and customers on projects as needed and manage consulting surgeon relationships.
- Oversee all consulting surgeon relationships including negotiations, agreement terms and agreement compliance in collaboration with APAC Director.
- Provide guidelines and support processing HCP expenses with finance department for medical education activities.
- Ensure Arthrex Inc and APAC compliance policies and guidelines are followed by working closely with APAC Compliance and those responsible for compliance in the region.
- Under guidance of Medical Education Director, APAC, develop and update SOPs for Med Ed Departm
- Provide strategic direction and study validation on biomechanical, biologic and clinical research with relevant teams.
- Review written and digital material developed by other Arthrex departments to advise on clinical accuracy of these materials.
- Spend 30% of time working in the Wetlab with HCP customers ent and communicate these processes to relevant staff in APAC and Inc teams as instructed.or Arthrex Representatives.
- Travel up to 20% of the time.
