Duties & responsibilities:
Customer First
- Ensures quality service is provided to customers, customer pain points are understood and continuously addressed
- Cooperate with key internal stakeholders to identify ways to improve customer experience
- Be creative and proactive to suggest ideas to improve CX related KPIs

Safety
- Taking accountability for overall safety of Fulfilment Teams to ensure that procedures, processes & warehouse environment is safe for staff & external parties at all times

Operations
- Oversee the warehouse management of Dry & Fresh/Frozen Operations ensuring the overall FC deliverables, especially timely handover to Transport Team
- Ensure stability of the operational systems, via the support teams available, especially related to maintenance and first-line system support of automation and WMS

Finance
- Cooperate with Planning & Finance Team to develop short & long-term financial and operational fulfilment related objectives/KPIs
- Monitor warehouse productivity, adhering to budget requirements, and reducing cost
- Work internally with Procurement to identify opportunities to reduce semi-variable cost through contract negotiations, identifying simplified services and more cost-efficient consumables

People
- Builds strong teams by providing opportunities for growth and development
- Sets goals for the function/ work area that are aligned with function/organization goals
- Inspires and coaches others to meet/exceed expectations on a daily basis

**Job Requirements**

Knowledge/Experience:

- At least 10 years of experience in a senior operations (Director/SVP/Head of) position, preferably in Logistics/retail/consumer/e-commerce fulfilment
- 500+ team leadership experience (blue and white collar)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Complex WMS & automations systems/solutions knowledge/experience as well as fulfilment operations is a plus
- Able to work in a complex matrix organization with local/regional stakeholders; able to have impact without direct reporting lines
