**About IYLA Collective**:
IYLA Collective is a curation of cult-loved wellness and personal care brands for families, with a focus on safety, quality, and soul. From organic mosquito protection to gentle newborn balms, we serve a community of discerning parents and conscious customers through our e-commerce platform and pop-ups across Singapore.

As we grow, we’re looking for someone meticulous, hands-on, and full of initiative to join us in a pivotal operations role.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Order Fulfillment & Daily Ops**
- Oversee and execute packing of customer orders with accuracy and care
- Manage shipping workflows: from preparing delivery batches to liaising with couriers and ensuring smooth handoffs
- Troubleshoot order issues and delays quickly and professionally
- Management of PR Kits & marketing sponsorships
- Receive, check, and shelve inbound shipments
- Monitor and report on stock levels weekly to prevent over
- or under-stocking
- Implement expiry date and batch tracking to ensure compliance and rotation of goods

**Events Support**
- Support during warehouse sales, pop-up events, and product launches
- Assist with monthly operations reporting, cost tracking, and process improvements

- A **self-starter** who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments
- Meticulous with **strong attention to detail**—you care about getting the little things right
- A natural **problem solver** who doesn’t wait for instructions to act
- Comfortable with tech (Shopify etc.) or quick to learn
- Someone who enjoys working independently but values communication and trust
- Physically comfortable handling stock (lifting boxes, organizing shelves, etc.)
- Bonus: Interest in clean beauty, wellness, or e-commerce operations
