**Job Descriptions**:
- Responsible for translating or modify existing Finance Software for in-house usage, not limited to technical design, and system configuration of company Finance Software that include Purchasing, Accounts Payables and Fixed Assets, as well as the configuration and integration of the Finance Software’s Expenses and Invoice modules.
- Strong understanding of Accounting / Finance concepts; US GAAP / IFRS principles; Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, etc. processes - Maintain the technical documentation related to the Finance Software functions and related modules.
- Develop a self-service approach - i.e., up-to-date documentation and turn-key replies
- Knowledge of accounting principles and analysis of system data to identify and resolve problem areas
- Work with the business area to suggest process changes to enhance continual improvements to the Financial Software
- Source, manage and regularly evaluate best-in-class Financial Software partners and other relevant suppliers
- Facilitate effective change management and training activities by our Finance Systems team, both for one-time launches as well as for ongoing best practice socialization.
- Work with our Internal Audit team to support SOX and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence of our Finance Systems stack and processes with internal / external compliance standards.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years relevant consulting or industry experience, including 2+ years direct Financial Software company experience
- Strong understanding of Accounting / Finance concepts
- Able to customize own in-house usage of Finance Software is a Big Plus
