**Responsibilities**:

- Perform fit and proper checks including daily / periodic employee AML/SCCB screening and annual credit screening for all financial representatives.
- Maintain and update licensing policies and procedures regularly, including follow up on regulatory updates and policies.
- Manage all registration matters of licensing representatives.
- Daily AML screening for employees
- Assist with the team’s RCSA and CSA reviews.
- Perform fit and proper checks, including AML/SCCB screening.
- Liaising with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to facilitate the licensing process and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing guidance and assistance throughout the licensing process.
- Create and update applicant profiles or databases with relevant information, including personal details, qualifications, license detail and system tagging.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the licensing function, implementing solutions to enhance effectiveness and reduce errors.

**Requirement**:

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in understanding regulations and designing compliance policies.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in financial industry.
