**Operations Business Partner **will support the group leadership and coordinate all internal projects and drive them to unilateral success by coordinating and communicating between key project owners You will also work closely with the COO in the work of scaling the business in APAC _.- Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree/MBA Graduate or it's equivalent5+ years in a management consulting or business operations role;
- Strong analytical skills will be highly valued;
- Demonstrative executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation;
- Self-starter with the ability to function independently and in a timely manner;
- Strong understanding of quality management such as standards, regulations, and applicable policies and procedures;
- Thoughtful, thorough and conscientious;
- Interested in others and strives to act in the best interests of the team;
- Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work;
- Integrity, credibility and maturity for confidential issues;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy;
- Ability to work as a trusted advisor with senior stakeholders;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously with little supervision towards the company's purpose;
