1. Server

1.1 File Server
- Review Domain, AD, DHCP, DNS and clustering logs and rectify the issues
- Review server backup data logs and restoration logs
- Review antivirus logs and rectify the issues
- Studying and planning the organizational needs for the file server
- Installing operating system software and upgrading to the latest version
- Installing and configuring Domain, AD, DHCP, DNS and clustering
- Developing a policies for server and workstation
- Writing a scripts and patches for server and workstation connectivity
- Installing and configuring the backup media software
- Installing and configuring antivirus consoles and client packages
- Updating servers with latest available patches and security patches
- Creating and configuring server folders for particular departments
- Creation, modification, deactivation and deletion of user accounts
- Maintain and evaluate the integrity of DHCP server activities
- Maintain and evaluate DNS server drifts and logs
- Perform and maintain server disk integrity, drifts and error logs
- Maintain and evaluate server memory and network communications rationally
- Perform and maintain data drifts and transmission in the network
- Maintain the integrity of patches and security software
- Read all logs and error logs and take essential steps to rectify the issues if there is any
- Rotating the backups tapes on regular basis and clearing the bad caches stored in the server
- Maintain and evaluate backups and logs

2. Network

2.1 Internet
- Installing the internet line with ISP
- Evaluate the internet speed inward and outward flows
- Check and maintain the packets inward and outward
- Run the port malicious port and packet scanning
- Communicate to ISP with internet and speed issues

2.2 Router
- Installing, upgrading and maintain the internet router
- Evaluate the traffic drifts
- Distribute the connectivity to different network devices
- Evaluate and maintain routers signals and connectivity

2.3 Wi-Fi
- Installing and maintain the Wi-Fi router
- Evaluate the traffic drifts
- Assisting guest to connect Wi-Fi into their devices
- Maintaining Wi-Fi signals reachability and connective

2.4 Switches
- Installing and maintain the switches
- Evaluate the traffic drifts
- Rearrange IP’s flowing through them
- Update switches patches

2.5 Printer and copier
- Setting up the account and deleting when not in use
- Setting up the scanner and connectivity to the scan folder
- Assigning IP address and names to particular machines
- Assigning codes for colour copies and black and white copies to the users
- Taking out the counter meter reading every end of the month and passing to HR Department

2.6 Smart Devices
- Backup device data and restore data into new devices
- Guiding on usage of the exiting and additional functions in the devices

2.7 CCTV
- Configure and managing DVR & CCTV
- Configure to request officer devices

3. Support and Troubleshooting

3.1 Hardware
- Assist with troubleshooting and identifying hardware problems in a timely manner, resolve routine problems, replace defective components and research resources to identify solutions
- Performing hardware performance test and maintaining it to best useable condition. For example cleaning all dumps records and cleaning all temporary cache associated with failure of hardware
- Replacing the spoiled and damaged hardware with the new one and matching the new hardware with our existing setup
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required

3.2 Software
- Identifying and installation of Operating System software and upgrading to the latest version
- Assist in Installing the additional 3rd party software for work related purpose and check it does compatible with the OS software
- Installing of necessary software to enhance the security of the computer like antivirus and windows firewall setup along with necessary software to make work faster
- Installing Microsoft office products, along with additional request products like project etc. and keeping it up-to-date

3.4 Other Supports
- Providing Remote Support during office hours and non-office hours
- Setting up of laptop and projector in the meeting room and provide the Network connection
- Trouble shooting printing problems and software related issues
- Creating share folders for sharing the devices like printers, camera, and scanners
