Investment Support Specialist

Our client, a prestigious Swiss private bank, is hiring an Investment Support Specialist on a 12-months' renewable contract basis, to provide support to their Investment Content & Campaigns, Products, Research and Investment teams. Working location
- Raffles Place/ CBD.

**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

The Investment Support Specialist is a member of the Investment Content & Campaigns Asia (ICCA) team and shall endeavour to fulfil the ambitions defined and outlined for the team by Head Investment Content & Campaigns Asia. He/she shall ensure active risk management and meet all regulatory and internal compliance expectations relating to the role.

The Investment Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the product and sales initiatives of the Investment Specialists Asia (ISA) Team. Product recommendations and thematic ideas are disseminated over multiple channels and the core responsibility of this role involves supporting the ISA Team in the coordination of the bi-weekly Morning Meeting Asia (MM Asia) and organization of the fortnightly Asia Advisory Committee (AAC) Meeting. Furthermore, the incumbent will deliver high quality customized presentation materials, prepare ad hoc investment content and provide data analysis support to generate reports to be used by the ISA Teams.

To be successful in the role, the incumbent will need to develop strong and highly effective relationship with the products, research, and investment teams.

The role reports to Head of Investment Content & Campaigns Asia based in Singapore.

**kEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION**

**Stakeholder Management**
- Work collaboratively with the ISA Team, and colleagues from Markets, Research and CIO

**Client Management (internal)**
- Fortnightly Asia Advisory Committee: Schedule and maintain AAC Meetings with internal stakeholders, compile and analyse data from Finance and Structured Products to generate Transactional Flow Analysis for Campaign Featured Products, collate inputs / discussion points from internal stakeholders, distribution of the AAC Meeting agenda to attendee list, and the recording and distribution (post review) of AAC Meeting minutes to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Data Analysis support: Support regular multi-asset Flows Tracking, Analysis and Reporting for key campaigns and initiatives such as Market Outlooks, Alpha Conferences, Holding Based Activities and Product Launches.
- Marketing materials support: Maintain and update client-approved content. Support bespoke investment content production as and when required.

**Business Management**
- Work to fulfil the ambitions of the team defined by the functional and administrative supervisors
- Regular review of the function’s practices to ensure efficiency and productivity are kept at optimal levels

**Compliance & Risk Management**
- Meet all legal, regulatory and compliance standards/requirements
- Adhere to all relevant Local User Manuals
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Language Skills: Fluency in English (oral and written)

**Regulatory**
- Familiar with regulatory expectations and requirements
