**Accountabilities**:

- Assist General Counsel to render legal advice to the Group in all aspects.
- Draft, review and/or negotiate agreements, MOUs and other documents.
- Assist with contract templates such as tender documents and PD agreements.
- Assist with dispute resolution.
- Manage and work with external lawyers and other professionals.
- Assist with Personal Data protection and compliance for the Group.
- Preparation of reports and presentations.
- Conduct training for internal stakeholders.
- Administration of legal division - budget, invoices, claims and other office matters.
- Assist with reasonable tasks that the legal division undertakes.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Academic Education and Work Experience**

(i) LLB (Hons).

(ii) Minimum 3 years’ PQE in a law firm and/or as in-house counsel.

(iii) Familiarity with PDPA compliance will be an advantage.

**Professional Education/License (if any)**

Admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore or similar qualification.

**Skills**

(i) Good English writing and communication skills.

(ii) Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

(iii) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

**Personal Attributes**

(i) A team player, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.

(ii) Meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

(iii) Adaptable and able to deal with Uncertainty and able to perform in a fast paced environment.
