Flight Attendant Receptionist

**Position Summary**:
The Cabin Attendant’s (CA) main objective is passenger safety and comfort during the flight. This role is a full-time position that includes evenings, weekends and overnights. Responsibilities include pre-flight and boarding duties such as storing of passenger bags, professional interaction with the aircraft owner and his or her guests, food safety, serving of food and drinks, maintain adequate stock, cleaning the aircraft interior and clearly communicating to the flight crew any passenger needs. This role will also been responsible for office receptionist when there is no flight duties.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure safety and security of passengers of the aircraft
- Assisting passengers in the location and use of emergency equipment and cabin amenities
- Ensuring proper catering is on board prior to departure
- Ensure the safe handling and storage of food
- Communicate the passenger needs to the flight crew and aircraft manufacturer standards and requirements.
- Ensure the aircraft will be readied for departure a minimum of thirty (30) minutes before scheduled departure time.
- Ensure that all post-flight cleaning and organizing of the cabin has been completed
- Maintain pilot proficiency in CPR and basic first aid
- Receptionist duties such as receiving and attending to visitors / guests in a welcoming and professional manner
- Handling incoming calls, attending to enquiries and transferring as appropriate.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments, managing the office agenda, meeting rooms.
- Coordinating of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
**Requirements**:
- Associate degree required or equivalent experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- A Valid passport must be available at all times
- 2 years Previous Part 121 or 135 Flight Attendant Experience Preferred
- FACTS or Flight Safety Training
- 2 Years Prior Customer Service Experience
- CPR or MedAire Trainings
