- Location: Pioneer- Reporting to: Application Lab and Technical Lab Manager- As a Lab Technician - Stability, you will responsible of stability of fragrance formulations in product base**Core Responsibilities**:
**Stability**
- Preparation of product samples, where required
- Organise stability tests and record results
- Conduct physical and olfactory testing of samples
- Research causes of issues and propose and test solutions and technical changes to formulations
- Assist in the administration of materials and laboratory organization.
- Communication of stability test results internally and to clients
- Provide technical support to perfumers and development team on areas relating to fragrance stability in product base

**Environmental Health & Safety**
- Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment
- Operate and help maintain standard lab equipment

**Academic Background**
- Technical training or Higher Education Qualification in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or similar

**Professional experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience work in a lab envrionment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Ability to communicate and write in English required

**Technical Skills**
- Knowledge of good laboratory practice and safe handling of chemicals
- Accurate record keeping and attention to detail
- Chemistry knowledge
- Perfumery knowledge
- Understanding of ISO protocols
- Knowledge of lab equipment and its safe usage
- Good Communication skills
- Understanding of EH&S requirements & protocols and laboratory safety practices
