**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their immigration needs, goals, and challenges.
- **Sales and Client Acquisition**:Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by following up on leads, converting inquiries into sales, and expanding the client base.
- **Policy Expertise**:Stay up-to-date on immigration laws, regulations, and processes to provide accurate advice and strategic solutions to clients.
- **Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the entire immigration process and providing ongoing support.
- **Sales Targets**:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and promoting additional services where applicable.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams to coordinate services and ensure smooth handling of each case.
- **Customer Service**:Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients from initial inquiry through to the completion of their immigration journey.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant, Sales Consultant, or similar role within the immigration industry.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
