Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and articulate Call Consultant to manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients who are exploring PR or Citizenship services in Singapore. You will play a key role in educating clients, handling objections, and setting appointments for our Immigration Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound leads and follow up on warm outbound calls from marketing campaigns
  • Provide first-line consultation on PR/Citizenship eligibility and services offered
  • Clearly explain the application process, timelines, and value propositions
  • Pre-qualify leads before scheduling consultations with Immigration Consultants
  • Manage call logs, update CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain excellent service standards to build client confidence
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call centre roles preferred
  • Excellent spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a bonus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle rejections professionally and stay positive
  • Driven, disciplined, and comfortable with KPIs and performance targets
  • Singaporeans/PRs only (due to nature of role)
