About the Team
Our Trust and Safety Engineering team are responsible for building a highly scalable, complex, and intelligent platform that is able to manage high traffic loads. You would also be building the tools to help protect our users from harmful content and abusive behaviors. With the continuous efforts of our trust and safety team, we can provide the best user experience and bring joy to everyone in the world.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to lead the team to build a highly scalable, efficient and robust trust, and safety platform and tools
- Play a key role in driving project objectives, system design, and architecture to ensure high stability and performance of the services;
- Define long-term technical roadmap for the team
- Recruit and mentor engineers of various levels of experience into a performant team, build team culture and cohesion, help team members grow technical capabilities;
- Understand and brainstorm product objectives to develop an easy-to-use platform that aligns with customers' needs;
- Collaborate closely with trust and safety specialists, experts, and machine learning engineers;
- Work with Trust and Safety teams to protect TikTok globally.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or other related fields;
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience,
- Have at least 2 years of experience in People / Technical Lead Management
- Highly proficient in designing data structures, building algorithms, and at least one programming languages: Java, Python, C++ Go, PHP, pursue high-quality code and focused on code engineering quality
- Experience in problem solving with related internet products.
- Prior experience working on Internet Products or large scale platforms
- Good communication skills, able to lead and drive projects effectively. Familiar with team and project management methodologies and approaches.
