**Responsibilities would include**:

- Support origination, structuring and execution; take an ownership role in the execution of non-recourse project finance loans and other structured debt products across the Asia Pacific region
- Run screening of new transactions from a strategic, credit and financial perspective
- Lead due diligence and credit approval process for new transactions
- Participate in the negotiation of client mandates, advisor appointments and financing documentation
- Assist with identification and entry into new markets and sectors, in line with the team’s APAC strategy and the bank's growth strategy.
- Develop relationships and build a network of clients, advisors and other banks to support the origination of new business opportunities and deal execution
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3-5 (Associate) | 5-7 (AVP) years of relevant working experience in project finance (across any sectors, from buy/sellside/corporate/advisory firms)
- Must be technically strong to hit ground running
- Knowledge and passion for financing and development of large scale projects
- Good technical skills, i.e modelling etc. Prior experience in executing project/asset finance deals, including negotiating transaction documents
- Attention to detail, ability to deliver under time pressure
- Team player, good interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
- Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
