**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Carefully dismantle electric motors to examine components for wear, damage, and defects.
- Repair or replace faulty parts, including bearings, windings, and other motor components.
- Accurately reassemble motors, ensuring all parts are correctly aligned and secured.
- Perform tests to verify motor performance and ensure repairs meet specified standards.
- Maintain detailed records of all overhaul activities, including inspection findings, repairs performed, and test results.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep motors in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Properly use and maintain tools and equipment required for motor overhauls.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in motor overhaul techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- ‘O/N’ level or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields is preferred.
- Proven experience in electric motor maintenance, overhaul and repair.
- Relevant certifications in motor overhaul and repair are advantageous.

This role is essential in maintaining the reliability and performance of electric motors, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
