**Purpose and Scope**:The Motor Overhaul Service Engineer/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the complete overhaul process of electric motors, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating overhaul activities, and maintaining efficient workflow to meet project deadlines.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the dismantling, inspection, repair and reassembly of electric motors.
- Ensure all overhaul activities to comply with established quality standards and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage schedules for motor overhaul projects, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, addressing any complex issues that arise during the overhaul process.
- Coordinate the procurement and use of necessary tools, equipment, and materials for overhaul projects.
- Maintain detailed records of all overhaul activities, including inspection reports, repair logs, and quality assurance documentation.
- Conduct training sessions for technicians on best practices for motor overhaul and maintenance.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in motor maintenance and overhaul. In-depth knowledge of electric motor systems, with diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in motor overhaul and repair are advantageous.
- Preferable with a valid class-3 driving license
