Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Maintain strong and cordial relationship with all clients

2) Assist Manager in implementing measures to improve performance levels, meeting clients' KPI and audit preparation

3) Establish work priorities and ensure customer enquiries are handled effectively while meeting cost, productivity and quality goals

4) Perform quality checks on accounts assigned, develop and review performance reports and invoices, at the same time ensuring prompt and timely submission

5) Oversees the support team to achieve operational objectives including performance review and identify training needs of the team

6) Evaluate system effectiveness and propose enhancement

7) Analyze Daily Revenue, Report and Forecast for the month

8) Ensure that administration team follow company standards and guidelines for operational efficiency

9) Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline

2) Good communications and interpersonal skills

3) A fast learner, organized, independent individual and meticulous in work

4) Possess initiative, flexibility, resourcefulness, creativity and perseverance

5) Energetic, self-driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

6) Maintain positive attitude under pressure

7) Drive and persistence to succeed

8) Proficient in MS Office

9) A team player who is also able to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
