Singapore Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) Full time

**What the role is**
- As a Deputy Director (Security Development) in HTX, you will lead in the strategizing, planning, architecting, and delivery of Enterprise Cyber Security systems/solutions.

**What you will be working on**
- The job-holder will be responsible to lead and manage the identified projects or systems, which include the following: - Plan, conceptualise, architect, lead and manage the delivery of multiple, large and complex ICT security services. - Lead the team to implement projects based on approved project plans that meet all identified operational needs, project risks, budget, schedule and quality. - Formulate and execute stakeholder management plan to ensure strong support from stakeholders. - Oversee all activities relating to procurement of security products and services and management of vendors to develop and deliver the solutions. - Endorse key ICT security system design and configuration changes. - Manage and coach the team towards a high performing team

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in Cyber Security/Computer Science/Information Technology/ Engineering or relevant disciplines. - At least 10 years of relevant working experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position. - Preferably obtained Cloud, ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CSSP, CISA or equivalent certification. - Strong planning and project management skills. Able to reconcile immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals, taking into account differing views of various stakeholders, and get buy-in for the adopted approaches. - Good communication and people skills in dealing with both internal customers, as well as external parties such as vendors. - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. - Facilitation skills, planning skills, problem-solving skills, organising capabilities and foresight to drive projects. - Strong interest in technologies and innovation.
