Employee Lifecycle
Documentation preparation for new employees such as P-file creation, orientation briefing, completion of orientation checklist, ensure access to systems and data accuracy in HR systems.
Track confirmation of new employees in terms of settling and confirmation.
Provide employee services in terms of certification letters, contract renewal, work pass renewal, exit management, etc.

**Requirements**:
Diploma / Degree
Minimum 1 year’ experience in hands on HRM operational functions with good follow up and follow through skills
Experience in using Workday will be preferred
Customer centric with good communication and presentation skills
Good in numerals, organised and meticulous in handling reports
