**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to assess resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects. Allocate resources based on project priorities, considering skill sets, availability, and workload distribution.
- Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, considering resource availability and project objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure realistic and achievable project milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct regular capacity analysis to identify gaps and potential resource constraints. Provide recommendations for resource optimization and propose strategies to address workload imbalances or bottlenecks.
- Foster effective communication and coordination among teams, ensuring smooth information flow regarding resource availability, project updates, and changes in priorities. Act as a liaison between project teams, management, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize resource management tools and software to track resource allocation, availability, and utilization. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data, generating reports and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in resource planning and allocation. Propose and implement best practices, standard procedures, and automation tools to streamline resource management processes.
- Identify potential risks and constraints related to resource planning, such as conflicting deadlines, overutilization, or underutilization of resources. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Provide training and support to team members on resource planning processes, tools, and methodologies. Conduct workshops or presentations to promote awareness and understanding of resource management principles.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in resource planning, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address resource-related challenges.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of industry best practices in resource planning and optimization.
