DescriptionFull-Time PositionJob scope:

- Handle Accounts Payable/Receivables/Inventory functions
- Assist in obtaining approvals from dept heads on invoices for purchases/billing requests before preparing payments/invoices
- Perform monthly Account Receivables/Payable closing reconciliations
- Process and verify payments/invoices/purchase orders/delivery orders and follow up on discrepancies with vendors, customers, and salespersons
- Preparation of balance sheets, inventory and expenses schedules
- Other ad hoc duties as assignedRequirement:

- Knowledge of Accounting software(Autocount) will be an advantage
- Able to work independently, meticulous, have a positive attitude and a dynamic team player
- Familiar in Autocount Accounting System. Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills( Microsoft word, Excel, & etc. MUST be verbal and written communication skills in MANDARIN- Familiarity with basic Accounting principles. Ability to multi-task and remain motivated and positive. Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
