**Position**: Customer Relations Officer

**Salary**: $2,400 - $2,600 + OT

**Location**: West

**Working Hours / Days**: 8.30am - 6.00pm (5 Days Week)

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with all stakeholders to assist in maintaining high level of customer experience standards
- Answer or make calls to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or issues with products and / or services
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that customers feel valued
- Provide excellent and consistent level of customer service
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
- Key role involves performing outbound calls to existing customers to remind customers of their upcoming vehicle maintenance and invite customers to book their appointments earlyRequirements:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the related field
- Possess minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and pleasant telephone etiquette
- Familiarity with Sales Force CRM / Digital transformation will be a plus
- Strong communication skills and strong accountability to high quality of service
