**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To analyse, prepare and submit summary report capturing key information from vendor vetting process that would guide management on procurement decision
- Ability to display data driven findings in an easily understandable format to persuade key person to act
- To generate data from system on each costed BOM and present in a statistical report’s manner to dive for better deliverable key area results
- Support the Procurement Director with generating and maintaining the various data dashboard ie cost management and cost structures
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that drive key metrics such as yield and output
- Ability to assess to supply impact and drive into executive summary

**RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Electrical Engineering or Master Degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/test environment and/or supply chain related industry
- Strong in Microsoft Office with a minimum of 2 years Tableau reporting experience
- Hands-on experience in data analysis using various data dashboard such as SAP, Ariba and Tableau.
- Familiarity with semiconductor business models will be added advantage
- Effective communication (oral and written) skills including problem solving, prioritizing and interpersonal relationship building
- Ability to work effectively as a team player, across operation and project teams, and independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
