Job Title: Marketing Assistant (6 Months, One North/Buona Vista)

6mths contract

Working hour: Monday to Thursday (8:30am to 6:00pm); Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.

4. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Coordinate and support the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.

6. Support the planning and execution of events, including tradeshows, conferences, and product launches.

7. Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.

9. Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.

10. Assist in the coordination of marketing activities with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

11. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing calendars.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is preferred.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

8. Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus.

9. Knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS) is desirable.

10. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.
