**Your responsibilities as Multimedia Designer**:
**Responsibility 1**: I conceptualise, design and produce creative assets for Decathlon Singapore marketing & communications
- Conceptualise and design marketing collaterals and creative assets for both in-stores and digital platforms in adherence to brand guidelines and store concept
- Develop engaging and conversion driven in-store communications (e.g. entrance facades, window display, signages etc.) for commercial campaigns and store needs
- Liaise closely with print production companies to ensure quality and excellent delivery of materials on time
- Manage the production and budget for the printing of materials
- Conceptualise and develop creative designs and graphic artwork for e-commerce website banners, social media, and EDM
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design Lead, Communications Team, Digital Marketing Team, and Store Concept Leader

**Responsibility 2**: I execute photography and videography for Decathlon Singapore marketing & communications
- To create video and photo content for all commercial campaigns for both in-stores and digital platforms
- To manage the production of videography and photography content
- To liaise with creative agencies and freelancers for production of creative assets when required
- Accountable for all video and photo content across the Decathlon channels
- Management of the content calendar for production purposes
- Liaise with creative agency for all production shoots and be on site for all production shoots within Decathlon
- Provide highly engaging video content and memorable photo content
- Create animation storyboards for all video shoots
- Support the Social Media Lead in ideating social media content across Decathlon Singapore’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to drive followers and engagement

**Requirements**:
Hard Skills
- You are a graphic designer and you know how to build brand Image through outstanding design experience (from shapes to color & images)
- You are a good communicator, specifically about your design choices and vision
- Demonstrate knowledge of digital technologies
- Well organised and autonomous, you can work on short and long term design while working on several projects at the same time
- Proficient in adobe creative suite apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, In design, Premiere, Lightroom, etc...)
- Proficiency in Motion design (After effect, Animate) is a plus

Soft Skills
- Have a passion for sport, huge sense of service & user-obsessed, and a strong understanding of the Singapore market
- Have strong organisational & analytical skills
- Have the ability to work both within a team & independently
- A self-starter that loves a fast-paced environment & new challenges
