**Position Summary / Project Description**:
The Programme Manager manages the respective programme in terms of planning the detailed strategy, objectives, policies, and funding. He/She performs detail domain analysis and derive key insights for further planning of work streams to achieve the programme's desired outcomes. He/She is able to see interconnections, anticipate operational issues across all parts of the programme and develop creative strategies to address them. He/she is an articulate and influential communicator to both internal and external stakeholders and is able to work well in a team environment
He/She need to be the Programme Manager to manage the extended delivery teams in the setup of all systems required to operate a Polyclinic in the West.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage projects and is responsible for the planning andexecution.
- Oversee the development of projects to ensure that project’s targets are met.
- Develop project plans including requirements, scope, deliverables, budget and schedule.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and user management.
- Manage project teams by monitoring the work progress to meet project requirements.
- Work with various users, multiple project teams as well as external parties to ensure infrastructure and systems readiness for deployment and verification.
- Conduct user requirement analysis for the development /implementation of new systems, work with delivery team in the system integration and testing phase.
- Assistin collating business requirements of institution stakeholders, including IT initiatives, IT estimates.
- Work with planning and delivery teams to evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to business users on adoption of technologies and systems.
- Identify risks and challenges of the overall progress and timeline,and ways to mitigate it.
- Put up funding approval request.

**Requirements / Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
- PMP Certified is preferred
- At least 6-8 years’ experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems
- Experience in handling big scale projects before
- Good user and stakeholder management experience
- Able to work independently
- Willing to travel around the cluster of PHIs and Community care for project needs
- Healthcare domain knowledge will be added advantage.
- Good communication, analytical skills and documentation skills
- Resilient and adaptable to changes.
