**Role Overview**

As the **Operations Manager**, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple Achievers Dream outlets. Your role will focus on optimizing operational efficiency, managing staff performance, meeting sales targets, resolving manpower issues, and ensuring smooth functioning across all locations. You will provide leadership to the team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the company's goals, and help drive business growth through sales management and people-focused strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

**People Management & Leadership**:

- Lead, supervise, and manage staff across multiple outlets, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
- Address staffing issues and ensure appropriate manpower allocation to meet operational needs.
- Foster a positive work environment by providing mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure that the staff are aligned with the company's mission, values, and customer service standards.

**Sales & Business Development**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all outlets.
- Track sales figures and performance metrics to meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor tuition enrolment trends, student retention rates, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote new programs, courses, and initiatives that drive student enrolment.
- Analyse sales data, identify key growth opportunities, and provide insights to the senior leadership team.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlets, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and consistently.
- Implement and optimize operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Review and improve internal processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage resource allocation, ensuring that all outlets have adequate materials, equipment, and staff coverage.

**Staffing & Manpower Management**:

- Ensure that each outlet is adequately staffed and resolve any manpower shortages or staffing challenges.
- Manage employee schedules, ensuring coverage during peak hours, special events, and busy periods.
- Work with the HR team to recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality staff, particularly focusing on finding staff who align with Achievers Dream's values and objectives.

**Student & Parent Engagement**:

- Ensure that students and parents have an exceptional experience, addressing concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with centre managers to ensure that all student queries are handled efficiently and that the learning experience is consistently positive.
- Work to improve parent engagement strategies and enhance communication channels to keep parents informed and involved.

**Budget & Resource Management**:

- Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and resources are used efficiently.
- Oversee procurement of materials and supplies, ensuring cost-effective solutions are in place without compromising quality.
- Monitor the financial performance of each outlet and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue and cost objectives.

**Key Qualifications and Skills**

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within a tuition centre or educational environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong experience in **sales management**, including tracking performance, meeting targets, and driving growth.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve **manpower issues**, including hiring, scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance management.

**Leadership & People Management**:

- Proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a team player attitude by collaborating with colleagues across departments and supporting team efforts to achieve common goals.

**Sales & Business Acumen**:

- Ability to track sales performance, interpret data, and develop strategies to meet sales goals.
- Experience with student retention strategies and understanding of the sales lifecycle in an education setting.
