**Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of overseeing the coordination of tasks related to Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).
- Maintain proper organisation of all PDI documentation, including Job cards, Invoices, warranty claims,

creation of purchase orders, and Good Return Notes (GRNs).
- Assign and supervise PDI work carried out by mechanics/technicians in the workshop.
- Collaborate with external contractors to ensure necessary PDI work is completed.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on PDI work conducted by technicians and contractors.
- Ensure that new or pre-owned cars meet the highest standards of quality, satisfying customer

expectations and guaranteeing customer satisfaction upon delivery.
- Offer administrative and technical assistance to sales staff during the delivery process.
- Address any outstanding PDI work that may be required after delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally handling inquiries and resolving

issues for clients.
- Assist when required with the day-to-day operations, including scheduling and coordinating motor

vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance

standards
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record
