**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Superintendents for prompt supply or repair services of vessels' technical spare parts, ship repair jobs and drydocking.
- Handle purchasing activities as well as arranging logistics to connect the spares to the vessels.
- Send enquiry / requisitions to suppliers worldwide for quotations of mechanical works/ steel work/ piping/ engine repairs/ hydraulic & automation jobs/ annual servicing of Navigation equipment, FFA & LSA/ underwater inspections, hull inspections, hull cleaning, stores, luboil, chemicals etc.
- Liaise with vessels on any information required pertaining to requisitions.
- Follow up with quotation from suppliers.
- Prepare purchase order and delivery order/ proforma invoices/ packing list etc.
- Assist in logistics arrangement (air freight/ sea freight/ land transport/ sea transport).
- Liaise with agents and ships for supply of spare parts and repair services to vessels at convenient ports.
- Process invoices - verify vendor invoices against quotations and ensure invoices are processed within credit term period.
- Keeping record of the technical operating costs.
- Document filling.
- Other duties as assigned by Superintendents/ Technical Manager.
- Experience with Jot ERP system will be advantageous.
