**The Company**

An investment firm with their presence in SEA is currently hiring a Senior HR Associate to join their HR team.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for supporting the HR manager with the full spectrum of HR function. The responsibilities include ensuring HR policies are in place, handling end to end recruitment process, reviewing payroll for the local office, participate in annual performance review and management, compensation and benefits review, manage learning and development function, ensuring all HR policies are complied with as well as any ad hoc related HR duties.

**Your Profile**

You should have a degree, with specialization in Human Resource Management and possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a HR capacity. You are proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), have good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws, and have the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
