**About the Role**:
Asan **Associate Executive at Customer Service & Order Fulfillment **team,you will be based at ALPS headquarters, responsible for the co-ordination andorder fulfillment with with vendors and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**(A)Customer Service and Co-ordination**
- Coordinatewith vendors to rectify supply and delivery issues
- Liaisonwith customers (including hospital and polyclinics) to resolve order related queries

**B)Order Management**
- Process orders received from hospitals
- Perform validation checks on orders and manage error reports if any
- Verify and confirm all details specified in order files
- Forward order files to vendors (a.) arrange delivery requirements based on customer'sinstruction via order files (b) Report to customers if current batch expires within the next 12 months
- Check on error notifications received from order processing and process accordingly

**(B) Maintenance of order management files and Co-ordinations**
- MaintainMaster file on vendor orders, back order tracking and etc.
- Coordinatewith vendors and customers for supply and delivery issues
- Performinvoice verification in internal finance system
- PerformGood Receiving in SAP

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degreein Logistic and Supply Chain
- Experiencein contract management in healthcare will be an added added advantages
- Stronginterpersonal skill and attention to details
- Proficientin MS Office, in particularly MS Excel
