ASSISTANT COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE MANAGER, SINGAPORE

As an Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the commercial business, while you continue to build your analytical and technical skills. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager for Singapore

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager, you are responsible for in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all aspects of the business.

**Your main focus**:
Act as a key person for coordinating various functions and resources internally and externally to support the growth of Coty commercial business aimed at driving sell-in and sell-out.
Manage counter assortment, stock holding, trade spend and RTV budget
Reviewing brand performance, and devising actions as required to accelerate or catch-up to commercial targets, be it improving in-store visibility and/or securing better retailer support
Providing valuable insights to local team, regional and global teams on brand and competitor performance, as well as perfumery retail landscape and trends
Co-ordinate with other internal departments on retail activity (sales, finance, supply chain and marketing)

You will be reporting to Commercial Excellence Manager and you will work closely together with several departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. All your colleagues are energetic and fun loving. Working in the team, you will be working closely in the team and you will get tremendous support for you to excel in this role.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to work in a dynamic environment. As a/an experienced Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager, you share your valuable experience to the team and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
3-5 years of sales and key account experience, preferably in Beauty, within the Singapore domestic market
Strong business acumen and financial understanding are essential
Resilient and organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure to deliver strong commercial results
Proven Team player with strong communication skills and ability to develop effective working relationships both internally & externally, and excel in a multi-cultural environment
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
