**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Providing expert advice on skincare, beauty products, and treatments to our valued customers.
- Assisting customers in selecting the right products and services tailored to their individual needs.
- Conducting consultations and skincare assessments to recommend personalized beauty solutions.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective product knowledge and upselling techniques.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a beauty consultant or sales role is preferred.
- Strong selling skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for skincare and beauty products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and committed to providing top-notch service.
- Knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
