- シンガポールのお客様のワークパス申請、更新、解約の管理(EP、S-Pass、 Dependent Pass、Long Term Visit Passなどを含むがこれに限定されない
- ペイロールベンダーとのベンダー管理
- プロジェクトワークのサポート、および必要に応じての人事管理サポート
- その他、依頼・指示

- シンガポールのビザに関する要件に精通している方
- ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方(社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要なため)

**Responsibilities**
- HR operations including but not limited to benefits, leave and payroll administration for Japan and Korea customers
- Vendor management with payroll vendors
- Support project work and provide HR administrative support as and when required
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned
**Requirements**:
- Well versed with Singapore work pass regulations, processes, and the associated work pass covid requirements.
- Experience in handling JP & KR HR operations and payroll is preferred, to alias with Japan and Korea customers.
- Knowledge of ADP payroll & Kronos system is an added advantage
- Ability to speak Japanese and Korean language is an added advantage
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/stakeholders; strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication, organizational skill
- Able to work independently in a fast-pace environment, under mínimal supervision
