**Deputy Manager for Commissioning & Service**:

- Project & Service Management Group

Role Overview:
Pre-requisite:
1. Minimum Degree in Electrical, Process, Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering

2. Minimum 5 years experience in plant’s Start-up, Commissioning, and Troubleshooting works.

3. Experience in commissioning of COGEN plants is desirable.

4. Experience in EPC related environment/industry is an added advantage.

5. Ability to work independently, flexible in the approach, proactive and work well under environment with tight schedules are essential.

6. Good interpersonal and posses excellent communication skill.

7. Able to lead a small team of engineers and is able to perform hands on commissioning work when required

8. Prepared and willing to travel overseas.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist Manager to Build and develop the Commissioning team in our Singapore office

2. Develop the commissioning plan, procedures, LOTO and coordinate the resources to define and manage the commissioning scope of work

3. Prepare and execute the commissioning schedule to meet the project deadlines

4. Lead the commissioning team responsible for the commissioning of the plant, function test of systems and startup of plant

5. Set priorities for system turnovers that allow for safe commissioning of systems while construction is ongoing

6. Prepare and organize all required commissioning tools, manpower support and coordination with vendor for equipment site acceptance tests

7. Monitor and coordinate the closure of commissioning punch list items

8. Prepare handover certificates for customer acceptance

9. Provide support and training to commissioning personnel, ensure all team members are competent and possess the right skills and tools

10. Able to read and understand engineering documentation (e.g. schematic diagrams, wiring diagram, loop diagram, connection details).

11. Prepare and develop Commissioning Plan, Schedules,

12. Plans and carry out safety practices, documentation recording, updating and compiling as-built drawings.

13. Coordinate and attend Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Performance Test with client and third-party vendor.

14. Provide Warranty Support for executed project during Defect Liability Period.

15. Independently engages authorities, client and vendors on the completion engineering deliverables and solutions in a timely manner
