- Function both as an individual contributor and project leader, guiding a team of designers and researchers.
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams and other stakeholders to define project requirements and road-maps. This could be new business initiatives, digital platform experiences or growth opportunities.
- Understand and balance business, user, and technical requirements.
- Facilitate the adoption of UX and design thinking within your teams.
- Deliver experiences that are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, including phone, tablet, and desktop.
- Manage and execute design work from project goals to execution, validation, and final hand-off to engineers.
- Develop interns and junior designers and contribute to the advancement of the design practice within the Global UX Team.
- Act as a collaborator with mid/junior designers and align work between project squads to ensure consistent experience.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience in related areas including agriculture technology and fertiliser & digital farming solutions.
- You have mastered the most common design tools and are up to date with industry standards.
- Awareness in 2 or more of the following: User Experience, Service Design, Research, Interaction Design.
- You have proven experience in leading end to end delivering products at scale, where primary experience is innovating new solutions or building new businesses ventures or advising clients on the same.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in B2B and B2C business / supply chain / e-commerce / sustainability domains will be desirable.
