Senior Executive, Private Capital Management

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as Senior Executive, Private Capital Management, to support the growth of Mapletree’s private capital management business and its branding across key markets. You will be involved in the development and execution of marketing and communications strategy for Mapletree’s real estate private funds business with over S$20 billion assets under management in logistics, commercial and student accommodation assets across Asia Pacific, US and Europe.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the overall marketing and communications strategy of Mapletree’s private capital management business
- Develop creative marketing collaterals (slides, videos, newsletters etc)
- Grow Mapletree private funds' online presence (website and social media)
- Collaborate with Group Corporate Communications on media queries, announcements and external communications to ensure alignment of corporate identity and narratives
- Plan marketing calendar and identify key industry events (conferences, forums) to grow Mapletree’s thought-leadership
- Manage and support fund marketing operations/events
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing/communications role in-house or at financial PR firm, professional services firm or financial institution. Agency experience at an IPO PR firm is a plus.
- Experienced in working with stakeholders based in multiple markets.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills. Fluent written and spoken business English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in AI marketing tools/Design software a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organisational skills.
