Amazon’s Singapore Instock team is looking for a talented, driven, and highly analytical leader to help redefine how Amazon fulfills customer demand for our Hardlines business.

**A successful Instock Manager must**:
INVENTORY & SUPPLY CHAIN
- Manage inventory availability and inventory health including: inventory planning, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead time), forecasting, and unhealthy reduction.
- Perform complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve revenue and profitability
- Lead the business demand plan to provide all necessary inputs to a sustainable and accurate S&OP
- Design seasonal and promotional inventory preparation plan

AUTOMATION ENHANCEMENT
- Work with internal teams at an international platform to drive system, tools and process improvements/ implementation that effect purchasing and vendor management workflow, with emphasis on automating tasks that are currently performed manually

- Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
