**Service Crew Responsibilities**:
**Preparation**
- Stock service areas with supplies such as wet towel, tableware, and crockery
- Perform food preparation duties such as preparing appetizers, and/or cold dishes, portioning desserts
- Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as crockery and menu
- Refill condiments

**Table Service**
- Usher customers to their tables
- Inform customers of daily specials and promotional items
- Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
- Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
- Take orders from customers for food or beverages
- Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks or dessert for customers
- Serve food or beverages to customers, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required
- Ensure customers' satisfaction
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning
- Clean tables or counters after customers have finished dining

**Cashiering**
- Collect payments from customers
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
