IT Infrastructure Manager

The role for the Infra Manager is to lead the IT Infrastructure team (System administrator, DBA and Middleware). He or She are to work closely with account’s team (ADM, Run Lead, Change, Incident and Support Manager for activities pertaining to infrastructure services (ITO Delivery).
He is also to assist ITO delivery team in resources planning and work with Solution Architect for project assignment (Project Engineers) and implementation for the project.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Leading and overseeing BAU operation pertaining to Infrastructure Team (ITO SA, DBA and Middleware)
- Oversee all aspects of IT operations including IT infrastructure, Platform (OS), database, backup recovery, Storage, compliance for account supporting.
- Ability to take responsibility for your own or the performance of those reporting to you by setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against the goals, ensuring feedback, and addressing performance problems and issues promptly
- Ability to analyse, develop, and propose strategies that will help the organization be more effective, competitive, or otherwise achieve its goals
- Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors to streamline 3rd party support
- To work with ITO team to develop guidelines, processes and procedures, etc... continuously improve operation support, escalation management and monitoring support.
- To handle escalation seamlessly to avoid any gaps that may arise to meet or exceed SLA

**Requirements**:

- Must be a Singaporean citizen due to G50 security clearance requirements by the client.
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in managing a team of IT professionals covering a broad spectrum of IT infrastructure services in end devices, hardware, network, data center and Cloud.
- Professional and technical certifications that include CCNA, ITIL, PMP, Azure, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and equivalent will be advantageous
- Strong vendor management. Will have to work with vendor for preventive maintenance, Escalation, Contract Renewal, etc.
- Experience with Service-now or other ITIL products is a plus
- Familiar/experience on managing platforms, like Azure/AWS/vsphere/ OpenShift, private/public cloud and on-premises and systems support will be advantages
- Possess analytical mindset
- Possessed initiative that would improve productivity and efficiency.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
