**Summary of the position**:

- The position requires a sound technical knowledge to ensure that the delivered solution answers the business’ needs - enhancements, maintenance tasks and bug fixes intended for the cash management system serving Corporate/FI Clients.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Plan, design and implement end-to-end software solutions for the bank.
- Work closely with Architects, Tech Leads, Developers, Business Analysts and Users in.Net, Java, Big Data, front-end SPA and Microsoft technology
- Manage and improve the team capabilities including implementation of automation and newer development technologies.
- Interact with product owners and technical experts to define solutions.
- Drive the team to build an efficient CI/CD software factory.
- Implement and refine project management processes in order to ensure projects success.
- People management: hiring, coaching and mentoring.

- You have worked with SQL and very good in understanding and improving Stored Procedures and migrate them when required

**Skills**:

- 10-15 years of overall IT experience with 5 years of experience being a Technical Leader and have designed and implemented solutions in.Net and Java ecosystem
- 1-2 years of Team and People management
Good Hands-on, Design, Architecture and Solutioning skills
- Experience is setting up Software Factory and define best practices for Software Engineering.
Excellent knowledge with.Net, Java, Big Data Spring, Spring boot, AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, Dockers, Kubernetes, React, Kafka, Cassandra
- Excellent knowledge with relational databases, preferably SQL Server
Experience in Cash Management and Payment systems
- Experience in Automated testing
- Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders
Practice in Agile delivery
- A technical mind set with great attention to detail

Degree and above in relevant discipline
**Main duties details**:
**Technical Analysis, Development and Testing**As a Technical Leader, propose and develop innovative solutions and provide guidance to team
Participate in and provide architecture recommendations. Study, evaluate, understand and provide feedback on functional specifications
Convert User Stories to Technical Stories
Assist Functional team members in all development related activities
Perform non-functional testing
Conduct integration testing before handing over product for UAT
Provide technical support during UAT**Maintenance and support**
Analyse and resolve tickets raised by end-users in production environment
Build and repository management
Release Deployment management
Assist L1/L2 support to improve support quality over time**Technical Documentation**
Prepare and maintain technical documents (Code Checklist and other standard documents)**Co-ordination and communication**
Coordinate with other developers and business analysts as needed to deliver solutions on time and with good quality
Coordinate with Information Security, Infrastructure and IT Ops teams
Organize meetings on any technical topics under control as needed
Provide consultancy to managers, developers and other team members
