**Project Manager / Site Manager**

**Location**:Singapore
**Salary Range**:SGD **6,000 - 9,000**per month (depending on experience and project scale)

Our client is a reputable main contractor in Singapore with a proven track record in delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The company is known for its focus on safety, quality, and timely project delivery across large-scale building projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Senior Project Manager / HOD in coordinating works for ongoing projects.
- Oversee and manage daily site operations and all matters related to construction progress.
- Supervise and monitor appointed contractors to ensure works are well-coordinated with stakeholders, tenants, subcontractors, and operations colleagues of commercial buildings.
- Ensure all projects are completed within budget, on time, and to high quality standards.
- Drive team performance to meet goals for customer satisfaction, quality, and safety.
- Enforce compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Support feasibility studies for new or potential projects.
- Identify potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes and implement effective solutions.
- Handle other ad hoc duties assigned by the Senior Project Manager / HOD.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of **building construction project management experience in a main contractor environment**(mandatory).
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management (qualifications recognized by PEB preferred).
- Proven track record in managing building construction projects, with experience in commercial and high-rise developments being an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
