**Job Title**:Rig Project Administrator

**Summary**:The Rig Project Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to rig-based drilling projects. They ensure the efficient coordination of administrative tasks to facilitate smooth project operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation Management**:Maintain and update project documentation, including safety records, drilling logs, equipment manuals, and compliance reports.
Ensure all documents are organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
- **Communication**:Act as a liaison between the rig, onshore support teams, and management, facilitating communication and information flow.
Maintain contact lists and distribute relevant information to appropriate personnel.
- **Logistics and Procurement**:Assist in the procurement of equipment, supplies, and services required for drilling operations.
Manage inventory and track the movement of materials to and from the rig.
- **Financial Tracking**:Monitor project expenses, track invoices, and reconcile financial records.
Prepare cost reports and budget summaries as required.
- **Crew and Personnel Support**:Coordinate crew rotations and travel arrangements, ensuring that the rig is adequately staffed.
Assist in onboarding new personnel and manage HR-related paperwork.
- **Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)**:Maintain HSE documentation and reports, including incident reports and safety training records.
Assist in HSE audits and inspections as necessary.
- **Data Analysis**:Compile and analyze data related to rig operations and project performance.
Generate reports for management review.
- **Records and Reporting**:Prepare and submit regular project reports and updates, including daily drilling reports and progress reports.
Maintain accurate records of rig operations and activities.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure that the rig and project operations adhere to all relevant regulatory and environmental standards.
Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensure compliance.
- **Administrative Support**:Assist the Rig Manager and other project personnel with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing calendars.
