**Job Title: Chief Rigger cum Electrician

We are currently seeking a skilled Chief Rigger cum Electrician to lead our team and ensure the successful execution of our projects.

**Position Overview**:As the Chief Rigger cum Electrician, you will play a vital role in overseeing rigging operations and electrical systems within our projects. This position requires a combination of technical expertise in rigging and electrical work, along with strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of riggers and electricians.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of riggers and electricians to ensure safe and efficient completion of projects.
- Plan and execute rigging operations, including the installation, maintenance, and dismantling of rigging systems.
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate rigging and electrical activities.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in rigging and electrical work.
- Maintain inventory of rigging and electrical equipment, and ensure proper maintenance and storage.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a rigger and electrician, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in electrical systems installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., MOM PE/QP, EMA LEW).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid rigging and electrical certifications/licenses are highly desirable.
