Head Teacher

We are seeking an experienced **Head Teacher**for Primary/Secondary English to join our Academic Department. This role will report directly to the Academic Department Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Curriculum Development**:

- Conduct engaging and effective English classes for primary and/or secondary students.
- Lead the curriculum team in developing curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessments.

**Teacher Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and support teachers to enhance their teaching effectiveness.
- Conduct regular classroom observations to assess teaching quality and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize training sessions for teachers to improve teaching strategies.

**Student Progress Monitoring**:

- Monitor student performance and ensure that teaching methodologies effectively support learning outcomes.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the Academic Manager to maintain accurate records of student progress, teacher evaluations, and curriculum reviews.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience. Experience in teaching AEIS or O-Level English to international students is a plus.
- Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment design.
- Leadership, mentoring, and classroom observation skills.
- Experience in teaching in MOE schools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
