
Events and Membership Executive

**Job Description**:
- Engage and liaise with C-suite executives from the financial and investment industry to source relevant content for various activities including professional development, mentorship, and networking events
- Plan, manage, and execute online and offline events with team members to organise supporting logistics and co-create attractive marketing collateral to generate interest and excitement
- Handle event enquiries and follow up on member registrations, prepare standardised financial reports, reconcile receipts from payment gateways, and collate post-event feedback / evaluation
- Provide effective membership service and maintain good relationship with members
- Maintain multiple touch points with members and implement effective membership outreach programmes
- Assist the local and international teams in planning, designing, coordinating, and implementing engaging marketing campaigns for annual membership renewal campaigns
- Assist with other office related administrative matters

**Job Requirements**:
- 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in any sector
- Serviced oriented person with a friendly disposition and a team-focussed approach
- Resourceful, proactive, with a strong sense of pride in their work
- Naturally curious with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including familiarity with functions like LookUp and PivotTable
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint will be required
